Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk
The Guest(s) acknowledges and understands that this lodge is situated in an environment that may contain inherent risks, including, but not limited to:
- The presence of wild animals, reptiles, insects, and other natural hazards.
- Physical injuries or death from accidents such as slips, falls, or use of lodge facilities like swimming pools.
- Damage to personal property, including theft or fire.
- The potential for illness or infection, including communicable diseases.
The Guest(s) voluntarily accepts and assumes all of these risks, both known and unknown, and agrees that they enter and use the premises and facilities entirely at their own risk.
